Job summary

Bosch Aveiro seeks a Spare Parts Demand Planner to ensure availability of spare parts at the right time, balancing service levels with inventory efficiency.

You will plan and procure parts for the Central Warehouse for Spare Parts (CWS) and Local Distribution Centers (LDCs), collaborating with internal stakeholders and suppliers. The role uses SAP R/3 and SAP S/4, focusing on effective MRP and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics or related field.
• Experience in demand planning, material planning, inventory management, procurement or supply chain management.
• Experience with material availability and inventory planning is valued.
• Experience in an international or global organization is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and procure spare parts for the Central Warehouse for Spare Parts (CWS) and Local Distribution Centers (LDCs).
• Ensure high spare parts availability while managing inventory levels and costs.
• Maintain and optimize master data and planning parameters to support SAP MRP in SAP R/3 and SAP S/4.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Anticipate material availability and supply issues and coordinate solutions with stakeholders.
• Support new product launches and engineering changes by maintaining relevant data.
• Collaborate with local markets and cross-functional teams to resolve logistics challenges.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes and inventory efficiency.
