Airbus Portugal SA is seeking a SAP User Support professional to assist the AIRBUS international user community, focusing on CATS timekeeping and task recording. You will resolve user requests, maintain master data in CATS and Finance applications, and may assist on other Finance-related topics.

This role expects strong communication, a customer-focused approach, and fluency in English, with optional added languages. A hybrid working model and a multicultural environment are offered.

Qualificações

• Excellent communication and ability to work with people from different cultural backgrounds.
• Very good written and spoken English are mandatory.
• Willingness to grow into technical aspects and Finance topics.

Responsabilidades

• Provide SAP User Support focusing on CATS and related finance processes for Airbus international users.
• Keep master data up-to-date in CATS and Finance applications.
• Resolve user requests in a solution-oriented manner and cover other Finance topics when needed.
