Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Global Risk Manager, Governance & Operations to strengthen ERM governance, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration across the firm. You will coordinate governance bodies, support risk appetite processes, and ensure material risks are escalated appropriately.

In this role, you will partner with the Global Risk Director and senior stakeholders to deliver decision-ready materials, design escalation processes, and maintain a robust operating rhythm across time

Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience in risk management, governance, strategy/operations, or PMO.
• Familiarity with ERM frameworks (COSO ERM, ISO 31000), risk appetite, KRIs, controls and governance processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to build decision-ready materials.

Responsabilidades

• Support ERM governance framework, policy, and processes.
• Lead annual risk appetite statement process and oversight.
• Coordinate ERM governance calendars, agendas, minutes, and tracking.
• Design and maintain escalation processes for material risks.
• Oversee risk policy exceptions and breach tracking; ensure senior reporting.
• Coordinate periodic risk register reviews for statutory reports and audits.
• Manage ERM team operations and resource planning.
• Quality-check ERM reports, presentations, and deliverables.
• Drive post-meeting action tracking and accountability across teams.
• Run the team's operating rhythm with stand-ups, planning cycles and offsites.
• Support annual ERM planning including budget and headcount inputs.
