Qualificações

• Master’s degree or degree in Law or Engineering.
• At least 5 years of professional experience as Contract Manager in construction/equipment or EPC.
• Solid experience with project-related contracts (Construction & Maintenance / EPC).
• Experience in international construction projects is a plus.
• Knowledge of renewable energies and energy sector regulations a strong plus.
• Excellent drafting and writing skills for legal documents.
• Understanding of corporate taxation and contract P&L impact.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools and CLM platforms is a plus.
• Willingness for national and international travel.
• English language domain is mandatory; Portuguese is nice to have.

Responsabilidades

• Draft contracts and amendments; improve contract templates.
• Identify and optimize contract commercial leverage.
• Prepare contract summaries for management.
• Analyse and negotiate supplier contracts.
• Improve subcontract templates and purchasing terms.
• Support procurement and construction negotiations.
• Analyse and mitigate contract risks and opportunities.
• Manage contract changes, variations and claims in EPC and subcontracts.
• Manage project contract documentation and communications.
• Inform team on main contract risks and raise commercial awareness.
• Set up and monitor contracting management processes and KPIs.
