TP is seeking a Real Estate & Facility Category Leader to run TP's Real Estate and Facility Management categories at group level. You will define groupwide strategies, manage supplier panels, and lead high-impact negotiations across regions, ensuring value, service quality and compliance.

You will partner with Legal, Risk, Finance and HR, build a centre of excellence, and mentor regional teams while driving cost savings and ESG compliance in a multi-country environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Real Estate, Engineering or a related field preferred.
• 10+ years of procurement experience, including Real Estate and/or Facility Management in a multi-country environment.
• Proven track record of sourcing and negotiating FM contracts and commercial leases.
• Strong knowledge of commercial real estate (lease structures, indexation, service charges, fit-out) and the FM market in Europe.
• Experience building category strategies, supplier panels and Group frameworks across regions; ability to drive savings pipelines.
