SBM Offshore is seeking a Global Category Manager for Facilities to define and deliver the global procurement strategy for facilities spend across the office footprint. You will lead indirect buyers and partner with Real Estate, Workplace, Health & Safety, Sustainability, Finance and Legal to align requirements with governance and strategic goals.

You will drive market intelligence, negotiate complex contracts and implement TCO-based sourcing models while ensuring compliance and supplier

Qualificações

• Strong experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing or Supply Chain focused on Office Facilities.
• Proven track record in developing category strategies delivering measurable value.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and act as a procurement advisor.
• Advanced negotiation skills for multi-year contracts and enterprise deals.
• Expertise in TCO, supplier segmentation and risk assessments.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of sourcing levers.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the Facilities category strategy and roadmap.
• Lead and guide indirect buyers to meet global procurement objectives.
• Partner with Real Estate, Workplace, Health & Safety, Sustainability, Finance and Legal teams.
• Conduct market intelligence, benchmarking and cost drivers analysis.
• Define commercial and sourcing models per requirement (bundled/unbundled, in-house vs subcontracting).
• Lead sourcing, tendering, evaluation, negotiation and contracts implementation.
• Establish SLAs, KPIs, governance and business reviews with suppliers.
• Support risk management, performance issues and contract transitions.
• Drive value through demand management, standardization and supplier consolidation.
