Boston Consulting Group (BCG) seeks a Senior Manager for Global Real Estate Data Strategy & Platforms to lead enterprise data strategy and governance. You will work with GRE leadership and wider enterprise to build a data-centric operating model, guiding AI, automation, and analytics initiatives across real estate functions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, real estate, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7–10 years in data strategy, governance, platforms, or related fields.
• Experience translating enterprise data strategy into executable operating models.
• Deep expertise in data governance, quality standards, and performance management.
• Experience coordinating global transformation programs with multiple functions and regions.

Responsabilidades

• Define Global Real Estate data strategy, platforms, and operations aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Set target operating model for data ownership, accountability, stewardship, and decisions.
• Lead AI, automation, and analytics roadmaps across Real Estate workflows.
• Build investment cases for data, platforms, and AI initiatives with measurable returns.
• Coordinate major data and tech investments ensuring adoption and value delivery.
• Define enterprise data standards and KPIs across portfolio, lease, occupancy, and financial systems.
• Improve data quality, accessibility, integration, and scalability through roadmaps and platform choices.
