Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Global Risk Manager, Governance & Operations, to strengthen ERM governance, operating rhythm, and reporting infrastructure at a global scale. You will partner with the Global Risk Director and senior stakeholders to coordinate governance bodies, support risk appetite, and ensure high-quality materials.

Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional leadership are essential.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience in risk management, governance, strategy/operations, consulting, audit, or PMO ideally in a global matrix environment (professional services preferred)
• Experience supporting senior governance forums, committee reporting, or executive decision making
• Familiarity with ERM frameworks (COSO ERM, ISO 31000), risk appetite, KRIs, controls and governance processes
• Strong PowerPoint skills; experience with data visualization tools and collaboration platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to build decision-ready materials

Responsabilidades

• Support the ERM framework, policy, methodology, and governance processes, updating as needed
• Lead the annual risk appetite statement process with drafting, workshops, and sign-off coordination
• Manage ERM governance calendar, agendas, minutes, follow-ups, and committee action tracking
• Help design and maintain escalation processes so material risks reach the right governance bodies
• Oversee risk policy exceptions and breach tracking with remediation accountability
• Coordinate periodic risk register reviews for statutory reports, audits, and governance activities
• Manage ERM team operations, including workplans and onboarding
• Own post-meeting action tracking from ERM committee meetings and drive accountability across stakeholders
