Boston Consulting Group is seeking a detail-oriented analyst to support the Global Risk Strategy and Operations team. You will contribute to strategic initiatives, build analytical frameworks, and help improve risk processes across functions.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and other partners, develop reporting, track milestones, and help communicate progress to leadership. A bachelor’s degree and 1–4 years of experience are expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business or a relevant field.
• 1-4 years of experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and experience creating PowerPoint slides for various audiences.
• Experience with Excel, Tableau or other BI tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support strategic risk initiatives through content development, framework development, research, analyses or documentation; support project management efforts to foster a risk aware culture at BCG
• Assist in developing strategic materials, frameworks, and analyses that support Global Risk's priorities and long-term objectives.
• Support the establishment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of S&O ongoing operational activities while identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve team effectiveness.
• Support initiatives related to our people agenda and Employee Value Proposition, including affiliation, engagement, learning, and team effectiveness activities.
• Partner with colleagues across HR, Finance, Learning & Development, and other corporate functions to support initiatives that strengthen collaboration, organizational effectiveness, and the OneRisk culture.
• Develop analyses, and reporting that help measure initiative progress, identify trends, and support leadership decision making.
• Coordinate project activities by tracking milestones, maintaining documentation, organizing project plans, and supporting successful execution across multiple initiatives.
