Boston Consulting Group (BCG) seeks a Senior Manager in Lisbon to lead delivery excellence initiatives across senior case teams and commercial groups, shaping high-quality client commitments and translating AI and digital work into measurable impact.

You will coordinate experts across data, legal, finance, and product streams, drive governance, adoption, and value realization, and build scalable tools and guidelines to raise delivery performance across BCG X.

Qualificações

• 8-12 years of relevant experience in technology consulting or digital delivery.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders on complex topics.
• Proven track record in AI/digital product delivery.
• Strong business judgment in ambiguous situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead structured discussions with senior stakeholders on AI, digital, software and product opportunities.
• Review opportunity materials and clarify objectives, delivery approach, success measures, resources and risks.
• Identify delivery, governance, adoption, and value-realization considerations early.
• Coordinate input from commercial, technical, product, data, legal, finance, and delivery specialists.
• Translate complex discussions into actionable recommendations, decisions and follow-ups.
• Support teams in shaping practical client commitments.
• Help teams test ambitious plans while maintaining collaboration and service orientation.
• Build repeatable ways of working, tools, and guidance across BCG X.
