Qualificações

• Significant experience in global recruitment analytics or talent intelligence.
• Strong ability to design and maintain dashboards and visualisations to inform strategy.
• Experience using AI tools to analyse large datasets and craft executive-ready narratives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global recruitment analytics strategy and insights, guiding leadership with data-driven recommendations.
• Translate data into strategic recommendations to improve hiring performance and pipeline health.
• Collaborate with Recruiting Technology to influence platform enhancements and reporting capabilities.
• Pilot AI-enabled approaches to recruitment analytics and recruiter productivity, measuring impact.
