GROHE Portugal Componentes Sanitarios Lda. is seeking a Global Quality Systems & NPD Integration Lead to drive SAP QM deployment and lead NPD quality initiatives across regions. You will collaborate with Asia, EMENA, the Americas, and R&D to harmonise processes and strengthen quality foundations.

The role combines 50/50 SAP QM deployment governance and NPD quality leadership, with a focus on proactive quality culture and global template integrity within a fast-moving, international environment.

Qualificações

• Engineering degree (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
• 5+ years in quality, engineering, or manufacturing in international settings.
• Strong SAP QM/PP knowledge (S/4HANA preferred).
• Deep understanding of PPAP, APQP, SPC, FMEA, and core quality tools.
• Experience with supplier quality, audits, and NPD processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead SAP S/4HANA QM deployment, governance, and template integrity across regions.
• Drive NPD quality leadership and "Quality at the Source" initiatives.
• Define and manage Critical Characteristics within inspection planning with plants and R&D.
• Coordinate with ITD, MTE, and STP workstreams for integrated processes.
• Track quality KPIs and drive 8D actions with stakeholders.
• Oversee containment, rework, and cost recharging to owners.
