TFS HealthScience seeks a Proposals & Contracts Process Lead to develop and lead global capabilities across Clinical Development Services. You will own governance, templates, training, and BI for proposals, budgets, and change orders, while supporting complex commercial opportunities and CRM processes.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of CRO experience in proposals, contracts, budgeting, and commercial operations.
• Experience developing global proposal and contract standards, processes, and governance frameworks.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs, competency frameworks, and process improvement initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the global Subject Matter Expert for proposals, contracts, budgets, and change orders.
• Develop and maintain global standards, templates, tools, governance frameworks, and best practices.
• Lead training, onboarding, competency development, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Drive quality oversight, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement across Business Units.
• Act as the Salesforce/CRM process lead, supporting adoption, data quality, and process improvements.
• Provide senior commercial support on complex proposals, contract negotiations, and strategic customer opportunities.
