TFS HealthScience is seeking a Freelance Clinical Database Programming Process Lead (1.0 FTE) to develop and sustain a scalable, high‑quality DBP capability. This role is home based in the UK, Germany, Poland, Portugal, or Spain, or office‑based in Sweden, with international remote work.

Responsibilities include capability assessment, roadmap delivery, governance, validation, testing, and oversight of DBP activities. Strong CRO experience and EDC/CDMS platform knowledge are essential.

Qualificações

• 5–10 years database programming experience in CRO/pharma/clinical research.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and risk‑based decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to work across multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead capability assessment, roadmap development and governance for DBP across TFS.
• Provide senior DBP escalation support and create reusable standards and knowledge repository.
• Support audits, inspections, validation, testing, change control, and documentation for DBP processes.
• Deliver hands‑on DBP support to protect delivery and platform readiness.
• Develop training, onboarding pathways and competency frameworks for DBP personnel.
