RemoFirst is seeking a Senior Product Operations Manager to drive clarity, speed, and excellence across the product organization in a fully remote role. You will connect Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to create leverage via structured processes, data, and proactive communication.

You will own end-to-end release readiness, build dashboards, define health metrics, and standardize workflows to scale the product. Join a fast-growing startup powering global teams.

Formación

• 2-5 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or BizOps in a tech environment.
• Strong data skills (SQL or equivalent proficiency).
• Excellent communication skills; proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
• Strong system-thinking mindset; ability to solve organizational friction through process and tools.
• Ability to work autonomously in a distributed environment; self-starter who can own projects end-to-end.
• Proficiency in English is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain dashboards to help PMs and leadership make evidence-based decisions.
• Define key product health metrics (adoption, retention, support load) and drive reporting.
• Translate between product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Own the end-to-end process for product releases, ensuring readiness across Marketing, Client Comms, and Sales.
• Build and run launch checklists, retrospectives, and release health reviews.
• Identify inefficiencies and standardize product team workflows; build systems for roadmap visibility and KPI tracking.
