H.B. Fuller Portugal is seeking a Payroll Accounting Specialist to manage payroll for EIMEA countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will collaborate with HR and Finance to resolve issues, prepare reports, and support audits.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting/HR, 2–3 years payroll experience, and fluency in English and German, with strong Excel and ERP knowledge. Hybrid work model offered in Porto, Portugal.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or HR required.
• 2–3 years payroll and general accounting experience, multi-country a plus.
• Solid accounting knowledge including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations and closing activities.
• Experience with SAP and Blackline in a matrixed organization.
• Excellent command of English and German; strong Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage payroll tasks for EIMEA countries ensuring compliance.
• Support internal controls and statutory audits.
• Oversee general ledgers and reconciliations.
• Prepare detailed financial reports (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow).
• Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations.
