Natixis in Portugal is seeking a Senior Business Management Officer to join the CIO Office, supporting IT & Operations within the CIB Business Management IT & Operations unit. You will ensure reliable financial and operational data, turning it into insights for executive decision-making.

The role combines data lifecycle management, governance, and reporting, working with senior stakeholders while addressing ad hoc questions with clarity and rigor.

Qualificações

• Up to 2 years’ experience in customer support, management control, and/or project management.
• 5-8 years experience in Financial Activities.
• 5-8 years experience in Management Control.
• 2-3 years experience in stakeholder influence/ dealing with senior management.
• Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word; advanced data visualization with Power BI.
• English knowledge (B2) mandatory; French B2 optional.

Responsabilidades

• Produce, maintain, and enhance financial and operational reporting (budget, forecasts, KPIs) for global and local management.
• Lead and coordinate budget and forecasting processes with robust assumptions.
• Perform variance analyses and propose actionable insights.
• Prepare executive dashboards and synthesis notes for senior management.
• Interface between Finance, IT, Operations and stakeholders on reporting frameworks.
