Job summary

Bosch Service Solutions S.A. in Lisbon seeks a MAM/DAM Product Operations Specialist to act as the bridge between users, Product Owner, and development teams, providing hands-on operational support and helping improve product operations.

You will manage first-level tickets, assist with data and content administration, and support backlog refinement while growing your product knowledge in a global team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in support, product operations or similar roles.
• Experience with ticket handling and first-level support.
• Experience with DAM/content management or enterprise software is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for MAM/DAM users and handle first-level support.
• Assist with user administration, content, and metadata issues.
• Support product owner and development teams with day-to-day operations and backlog refinement.
• Participate in testing, validation, and rollout of product changes.
