Xelerate is seeking an SAP Logistics & Operations Consultant to optimize SAP processes across logistics, warehousing, production, and transport for a global leader in chemical distribution. You will work on SAP LES, WM, PP, QM, and TM modules during ongoing ECC to S/4HANA transformation.

You will advise and configure, support, and test to ensure stable operations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and participate in global implementation and rollout projects with a focus on process

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Several years of hands-on experience with SAP logistics modules (ECC and S/4HANA).
• Strong knowledge of Logistics, Warehousing, and Transport Management processes.
• Experience with SAP configuration/customizing and requirements management.
• Knowledge of related SAP modules such as FI/CO and SD is a plus.
• Ability to read and debug ABAP code is an advantage.
• Experience with LSMW, SAP Workflow, or S/4 Flexible Workflow is a plus.
• Proven experience working in project environments and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Analytical, process-oriented mindset with excellent communication and consulting skills.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in international environments.
• Experience in the chemical distribution industry is a plus.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Advise Logistics, Warehousing, Production, Quality, and Transport Management teams on best practices.
• Analyze, evaluate, and optimize existing business processes, designing solution concepts.
• Configure, customize, and maintain SAP LES, WM, PP, QM, and TM modules.
• Ensure stable system operations and coordinate issue resolution.
• Provide second- and third-level support for logistics applications.
• Participate in SAP implementation, enhancements, and rollout projects.
• Support the ECC to S/4HANA transformation and testing.
