The Director, Product Management - Strategic growth will shape the long-term strategy for the Academy, drive growth, and lead the portfolio with cross-functional collaboration

Qualificações

• Experience leading strategic product initiatives with measurable commercial impact.
• Ability to develop product strategy and multi-year growth plans.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of payments or digital technologies is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute product strategy, roadmap and commercialization plans.
• Drive long-term engagement and revenue growth across Academy Professional.
• Partner with internal and external leaders to create differentiated learning experiences.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Marketing, Sales, Technology.
• Own the product lifecycle—from opportunity to launch and optimization.
• Leverage insights to improve learner outcomes and commercial performance.
• Develop scalable go-to-market strategies for regional teams.
• Drive innovation including AI-enabled learning and certifications.
