The Director, Product will be responsible for driving the long-term growth and strategic evolution of Mastercard Academy Professional by:
Experience leading strategic product initiatives with measurable commercial impact, preferably within learning, technology or professional services. Demonstrated ability to develop product strategy and execute against multi-year growth objectives. Strong commercial acumen with experience managing or influencing product P&Ls, business cases and investment decisions. Ability to identify market opportunities and translate customer insights into scalable products and experiences. Experience working across highly matrixed global organizations and influencing senior stakeholders. Excellent strategic thinking, prioritization and problem-solving skills. Strong executive communication and storytelling abilities. Experience building partnerships across Product, Sales, Consulting, Marketing and Technology organizations. Knowledge of payments, financial services or digital technologies is preferred. Consulting or strategy experience is a strong plus.
