Job summary

Mercedes-Benz.io in Portugal is seeking a Learning Content & Localisation Specialist to ensure digital learning experiences are adapted, maintained, and deployed across global markets. You will transform content into localized learning solutions using Storyline, Rise 360, and Review 360.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across markets to coordinate reviews, approvals, and releases, driving quality and efficiency in learning assets and publishing workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience adapting multimedia content (audio, video, subtitles, supporting materials).
• Strong attention to detail and QA mindset.
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills; ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across teams, markets and partners.
• Proactive, structured mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end localisation of digital learning content across languages and markets.
• Coordinate translation workflows, including machine translation, external providers, glossaries and translated assets.
• Adapt and rebuild learning content using existing Storyline and Rise 360 materials while ensuring consistency across versions.
• Produce and maintain multimedia assets, including audio, video, scripts, subtitles, on-screen text, MP4 files and supporting materials.
• Perform quality assurance checks and resolve content, layout, audio and video issues before release.
• Publish and manage learning assets across digital learning platforms and tools, ensuring proper version control and deployment readiness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, markets and partners to coordinate reviews, approvals and releases.
• Identify and drive process improvements that increase efficiency, quality and scalability.
