Robert Bosch Group is seeking a professional to contribute to continuous improvement at the Bragança site in Braga, Portugal. The role focuses on BPS methods study and deployment, mentoring, and developing CIP practices across indirect areas, while promoting systematic CIP application and coaching to ensure excellence.

The position demands a background in Industrial Engineering or related field, strong knowledge of Lean methods, and excellent workshop facilitation skills.

Qualificações

• Industrial Engineering / Managing Systems degree or master
• Lean Manufacturing knowledge and experience preferred
• Strong ability to moderate workshops and present effectively
• Good command of English (written and spoken)

Responsabilidades

• Study and deploy BPS (Bosch Production System) methods
• Mentor on BPS methods
• Develop CIP methods for the location (indirect areas)
• Promote systematic CIP application (indirect areas)
• Be a BPS role model and coach
• Be a BPS trainer
• Active member of internal working groups
• Facilitate CIP workshops (VSDia focus)
• Plan and execute BPS Maturity Assessments
• Coordinate BPS benchmarking visits to BrgP
• Promote and execute process confirmation
