Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) is seeking a visionary Global Solution Lead – Learning & Development to spearhead enterprise-wide learning solutions across our global network. You will lead the execution of L&D programs across markets and functions, driving adoption and continuous improvement, while partnering with Corporate L&D and HR IT.

The role requires extensive leadership experience in L&D, global stakeholder management, and a passion for AI-enabled learning tech.
