CONKORD, a growing global technology group, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the People and Culture team in Porto. You will lead end-to-end IT recruitment, partnering with business leaders and international teams to attract top talent for high-impact technology projects.

You will build talent pipelines, drive the candidate experience, and contribute to employer branding while collaborating across international markets.

Qualificações

• Degree in HR, Psychology, Sociology, Management or related field.
• Approximately 2+ years IT recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting for international markets is a plus.
• Fluent English is required.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive mindset, autonomy, and strong organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and technology roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business and recruitment needs.
• Identify, contact, and attract top tech talent through various channels and networking strategies.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ technical and cultural fit.
• Contribute to employer brand initiatives and talent attraction.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in Talent Acquisition processes and practices.
