QIMA, a global leader in quality and compliance, is seeking a Group Head of IT & Security to drive our IT & security strategy across APAC, EMEA and the Americas. You will own infrastructure, support, and systems while shaping pragmatic security policies and incident response across regions.

Lead a diverse, global team, partner with the C-suite, and advance compliance with ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR, and NIST. Extensive travel may be required.

Qualificações

• Master's degree and 8+ years in IT & Security leadership.
• Experience leading globally distributed teams (min. 15–20 people).
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a global IT strategy across regions.
• Lead IT infrastructure, networks, and systems with cloud-first approach.
• Oversee IT support and service delivery across APAC, EMEA, and Americas.
