Laminar Projects is seeking an IT Security Manager to mature our security systems, manage policies, and ensure ISO 27001 and SOC2 compliance. You will lead a growing IT function, oversee software, hardware and infrastructure, and define SLAs for user support.

You will drive strategic IT initiatives, collaborate with diverse teams, and foster a culture of excellence and accountability across Laminar’s technology landscape.

Qualificações

• Strong understanding of IT security systems and how to close gaps.
• English communication, precise and structured in writing and speech.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and mitigate IT security risks and close gaps in our systems.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and SOC2 standards and regulations.
• Develop and maintain a high-performing IT department.
• Lead strategic IT projects and drive proactive risk management.
• Develop and enforce robust IT policies, procedures, and controls.
• Collaborate across teams to align IT with company goals and product ownership.
• Provide leadership on IT security, risk management, and compliance, promoting a culture of excellence.
