Job summary

QIMA is seeking a Group Head of IT & Security to lead global IT strategy and cybersecurity across APAC, EMEA and the Americas. You will build scalable IT and security architecture, foster cross‑regional teams, and drive automation and governance in a fast-moving, multinational environment.

Reporting to the Chief Product & Technology Officer, you will own incident response, risk management, and M&A IT integration, ensuring compliant, cost-effective IT operations and secure digital transformation

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, infrastructure, and cloud-based environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Expertise in cybersecurity, with incident management, cloud security, and data encryption.
• Deep understanding of ISO 27001, SOC2, NIST, GDPR, and how to operationalize them.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop a global IT and security team.
• Autonomous and able to engage with the C-suite and field operators.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

• IT Strategy: Develop and implement a global IT strategy across regions.
• Infrastructure & Systems: Lead IT infrastructure, networks, and systems with cloud-first approach.
• IT Support & Service Delivery: Oversee IT support across regions with proper administration.
• Governance & Compliance: Enforce policies, ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR, and regulatory questionnaires.
• Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments, audits, and mitigation strategies.
• Incident Response & Management: Lead incident response to contain and resolve security incidents.
• Employee Training & Awareness: Develop IT and security training programs.
• M&A Integration: Lead IT integration for acquired companies to standards.
• Budget Management: Oversee global IT budget and resource allocation.
• Talent Management: Attract and retain a global IT and security team.
