Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a delivery-focused Project Manager, Information Security, to lead technical security projects across the global security organization. You will drive plans, coordinate stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure timely adoption of security platforms and zero-trust initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership across security, architecture, cloud, and IT teams, with effective communication to leadership and end users.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
PM certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum/Agile) are preferred.
Experience managing technical/infrastructure projects in a global or matrixed org.
Strong knowledge of information security concepts including app, network, cloud, and data protection.

Responsibilities

Plan and manage security projects from initiation to closure with defined scope and milestones.
Maintain integrated project plans and track dependencies across security, infra, and app teams.
Coordinate deployments requiring development adoption and CI/CD integration.
Lead change management, communications, and end-user training for rollouts.
Maintain RAID logs and escalate risks with mitigation plans.
Prepare steering committee materials and executive status updates.
Track budgets, POs, and vendor milestones with procurement/finance.
Use Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow for planning and documentation.
