Job summary

IQVIA seeks a Project Manager, Information Security to lead technical security projects globally. You will plan, schedule, risk-manage, and drive adoption across security, cloud, and infrastructure teams, coordinating acquisition integrations and data protection initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of professional experience with 3+ years in global/matrixed IT/security projects.
• Strong understanding of application security, cloud security, zero-trust, data protection.
• Experience coordinating deployments across multiple teams and vendors.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end projects with milestones and budgets.
• Hands-on with Jira, Confluence and ServiceNow for tracking and change management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; PM certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage security projects end to end with scope, milestones and budgets.
• Build integrated plans and track dependencies across security, infra, cloud, and apps.
• Coordinate deployments requiring development adoption and CI/CD integration.
• Lead end-user rollout activities, training, communications, and service desk readiness.
• Maintain RAID logs and drive risk mitigation and escalation.
• Track budgets, POs, vendor deliverables, and flag variances to sponsors.
• Coordinate with vendors and professional services on SLAs and milestones.
• Prepare materials for steering committees and leadership reviews.
• Maintain portfolio reporting on status, health, and upcoming milestones.
• Support security integration for acquisitions and data discovery/classification initiatives.
• Capture lessons learned and contribute to repeatable delivery templates.
