Quadrante, a multidisciplinary engineering and consulting firm, is looking for a Project Manager to lead complex building projects in Portugal.

You will plan, coordinate and manage project specialties, ensuring quality, schedules and budgets while maintaining client relationships.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles within the Construction or Real Estate sectors
• Proven experience in project management (teams, timelines, and budgets)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
• Advanced level of English (mandatory)

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and manage the various project specialties
• Manage resources effectively and efficiently, aligning skills with project needs
• Ensure the technical quality of final deliverables
• Maintain close relationships with clients or their representatives
• Identify business opportunities
