Job summary

Allianz Services is seeking an experienced Information Security Risk Management professional to develop and enhance governance across a large multinational group. You will monitor KRIs, support entities globally, and drive improvements in cyber risk practices, collaborating with Group Functions and external partners.

Qualifications

• Practical experience and certification in implementing Information Security governance and management systems.
• Proven track record in working within large and diverse international organizations.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in a second major language (e.g. German, Italian, Spanish) is a plus.
• Proven track record in functional steering and monitoring within large multinational environments, with experience leading without authority.
• Experience in Information Security Risk Management, Operational Risk Management, Enterprise Risk Management and the use of Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) tools.
• Background in project management, particularly with a focus on Information Security.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex topics to senior stakeholders.
• Interest and affinity for IT and GenAI as assets to the team.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous and proactive monitoring and reporting of KRIs and control deficiencies related to Information Security and Cyber Risk.
• Provide global expert support to Operating Entities in risk management activities and defining mitigations.
• Collaborate with OEs and Group Functions to manage Third-Party Cyber Risk and risk assessments.
• Facilitate OE user-group discussions and drive continuous improvement of Information Security Risk Management practices.
