Allianz Services is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the global Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) service. You will manage a team, shape the TPRM operating model, and ensure governance across Allianz entities.

You will collaborate with Risk, Legal, Data Privacy, Procurement and Information Security to drive enhancements and regulatory alignment, including DORA. The role offers a hybrid work model and opportunities for growth within a global insurtech environment.

Formación

• Minimum 8+ years in Third-Party Risk Management or related areas.
• Experience leading teams or complex service delivery environments.
• Strong knowledge of outsourcing regulations and operational resilience (e.g., DORA, VAIT).
• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Law or related field.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
• Excellent communication and conflict management skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Advanced MS Office skills; experience with GRC tools (OpenPages, ServiceNow) is a plus.
• Interest and affinity for IT and Generative AI is valued assets.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the global TPRM service and team across Allianz entities.
• Define and evolve the TPRM Service as a Service model for scalability and governance.
• Develop the TPRM operating model including roles, processes, and delivery standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and maturity of the TPRM framework and processes.
• Oversee the full TPRM lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding of third parties.
• Ensure adherence to Allianz TPRM and outsourcing policies and governance.
• Conduct risk assessments and oversee risk documentation and RCA activities.
• Coordinate audits and reports with Risk, Legal, Data Privacy, Procurement and IS.
