Job summary

Bosch is seeking an experienced Senior Information Security & Data Protection Expert to join the Governance team. Enhance governance structures, steer risk, audits and monitoring, and translate findings into improvements to the control framework across the group.

The role emphasizes strategic advisory, enterprise risk oversight, and continuous governance enhancement in a multinational setting. Strong English and collaboration across regions are required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Information Security, Data Protection and IT governance.
• Ability to translate governance, risk and regulatory requirements into practical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across regions and cultures.
• Business fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Governance Advisory & Organizational Enablement: Advise entities on behalf of the Group DPO and lead governance structure improvements.
• Enterprise Risk & Control Oversight: Lead risk assessments and provide risk-based recommendations to support decisions.
• Audit, Monitoring & Assurance Leadership: Lead audits and monitoring activities and oversee remediation.
• Governance Reporting & Management Transparency: Prepare dashboards and reports on governance effectiveness and risk exposure.
• Policy & Control Framework Development: Shape global information security and data protection policies and controls.
• Governance Excellence & Continuous Improvement: Drive improvements from audits and risk assessments into governance processes.
