Job summary

Allianz Partners is looking for a Non-Financial Risk & Controls Analyst to help identify, assess and manage operational and compliance risks. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to support risk assessments, document findings, and strengthen our risk culture.

The role involves risk reporting, training initiatives, and using risk management tools while working in a global environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Risk Management, Internal Audit, Compliance, Internal Controls, Governance, Risk Assurance, or related field.
• Experience conducting risk assessments, controls testing, audits, compliance reviews, or similar activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to turn complex information into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across teams and geographies.
• Proactive, customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
• Experience with risk, audit, compliance, or governance systems is an asset.
• Knowledge of risk management frameworks and the Three Lines of Defense model is preferred.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or regulated industries and European language skills are advantageous.

• Facilitate risk assessments, document key risks and findings, and maintain information in risk management systems.
• Plan and perform controls testing, evaluate control effectiveness, document results, and support remediation efforts.
• Prepare risk reports, presentations, and insights for stakeholders and governance committees.
• Support administration of risk management tools, including user support, access management, and process improvements.
• Develop and maintain training materials, guidance documents, and communications to strengthen risk engagement.
• Work with AI, ML, data analytics and cloud tools, ensuring data governance, security and ethical use.

What You Will Do

• Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use.

What You Will Bring
