Elementis Global is hiring a Global Indirects Procurement Manager to organize and optimize the $160M+ indirect spend across regions. You will drive TCO reductions, supplier consolidation, and standardized processes to maximize efficiency and compliance.

Lead global category strategies for Utilities, Contractors, and MRO; monitor energy markets and hedging; and mitigate supplier risks. Requires 8+ years in indirect procurement, a related degree, fluent English, and 10–15% travel.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of progressive procurement experience in indirect categories.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel 10–15%.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute global/regional category strategies for Utilities, Contractors, MRO and others.
• Monitor energy markets and hedging strategies.
• Assess, monitor, and mitigate operational, financial, and supply chain risks within the indirect vendor base.
• Reduce supplier fragmentation and harmonize vendors to maximize volume leverage and process efficiency.
• Establish preferred suppliers and framework agreements.
• Drive Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) to unlock value beyond initial price negotiation.
