Elementis PLC seeks a Global Indirect Spends Procurement Manager to organize and optimize a $160M+ indirect procurement portfolio. You will drive strategic harmonization of the supplier base, establish framework agreements, and lead TCO reductions across regional and local operations.

You will partner with global spend owners, monitor markets, and develop category strategies while ensuring compliance and standardized processes.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of progressive procurement experience in indirect categories (Utilities, Contractors, MRO, etc.).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Analytics, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with local / regional / global indirect spend owners.
• Develop and execute global/regional category strategies (Utilities, Contractors, MRO, others).
• Monitor energy markets and prepare hedge strategies.
• Assess, monitor, and mitigate operational, financial, and supply chain risks within the indirect vendor base.
• Reduce supplier fragmentation and harmonize vendors to maximize volume leverage and process efficiency.
• Establish preferred suppliers and framework agreements.
• Drive Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) to unlock value beyond the initial price negotiation.
• Governance & Enablement: develop procurement standards and templates; influence regional teams and plant buyers.
• Support and/or lead vendors meetings and coordinate requests.
