Volkswagen Group Digital Solutions [Portugal] is seeking an IAM Lead to own a globally deployed IAM system, define the roadmap, and ensure alignment with security requirements. You will coordinate both operations and development teams to deliver seamless IAM services across the organization.

This remote-friendly role requires strong leadership, audit readiness, and the ability to prioritize strategic initiatives while maintaining high standards.

Qualificações

• Strong understanding of IAM principles, standards, and technologies.
• Excellent leadership and coordination skills for cross-functional teams.
• Ability to assess and prioritize technical and strategic initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Own a globally deployed IAM system and maintain its standards.
• Review and continuously improve IAM standards and guidelines.
• Define and execute the IAM roadmap aligned with business and security needs.
• Manage and coordinate operations and development teams for seamless delivery.
• Review and approve change requests with thorough test validation.
• Identify, evaluate and prioritize IAM topics and projects.
• Serve as primary contact for audit inquiries, including financial/compliance audits.
