Hiire is supporting a leading global mobility company in search of an experienced IAM Service Owner to join its Cyber Defense organization in Lisbon. You will take ownership of a globally deployed Identity and Access Management platform, coordinating with teams to ensure secure and efficient identity services.

This role requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of IAM principles. The salary range is between €48,000 and €64,000 annually, plus additional benefits such as health insurance and performance bonuses.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience managing IAM solutions within complex, global enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management principles, frameworks, and technologies.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own and govern a globally deployed Identity and Access Management platform.
• Review, maintain, and continuously improve IAM policies and standards.
• Define and execute the IAM roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
