Bruker is seeking an HRIT Analyst in Portugal to support and enhance Bruker’s global HR technology landscape, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors, iCIMS and related HR applications.

You will work with HR Operations and IT to translate requirements into scalable technology solutions, reduce manual work, and ensure data quality acrossHR processes. The role emphasizes collaboration with global teams and vendors, with a commitment to GDPR compliance and secure, maintainable systems.

Qualificações

• Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, IT or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience with HR systems/HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors or similar).
• Experience in system support, configuration, testing and data imports.
• Strong understanding of HR data structures and employee lifecycle processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently across HR, IT and external vendors.
• Professional fluency in English; German is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Tier-2 support for HR systems, investigate incidents and coordinate resolutions.
• Configure and maintain system elements including workflows, permissions, and reference data.
• Manage enhancements from requirements through testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with HR functions and process owners to translate needs into tech solutions.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual work and data entry.
• Support data imports, mass updates, data quality controls and integrations.
• Coordinate testing, release readiness, and post go-live support.
• Maintain system documentation and coordinate vendor activities.
