Michael Page is seeking an HR Operations Specialist in Portugal to support a wide range of HR activities across employee administration, recruitment, payroll processes, and lifecycle management. You will work within a multinational Shared Services environment to deliver high-quality HR services and ensure data accuracy.

The role emphasizes collaboration with HR systems and a strong focus on process efficiency, with opportunities for international exposure and professional growth.

Qualificações

• Experience in HR Administration, HR Operations, Shared Services or Payroll support.
• Experience with HR systems and data accuracy.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM is highly valued.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Employee lifecycle management including onboarding, offboarding, and administration activities.
• HR administration and data accuracy, supporting payroll and operations.
• Coordinate recruitment administration: job postings, candidate tracking, interview scheduling, hiring docs.
• Contribute to service excellence and process efficiency in a multinational Shared Services environment.
