Siemens Energy is seeking a visionary Head of Advanced Data Solutions to shape the Data & AI strategy across its Compression Global Service Operations. You will direct governance, architecture, and scalable data products while leading an international team of data engineers and scientists.

The role emphasizes driving AI initiatives, leveraging LLMs and RAG, and delivering trusted insights to support operational excellence and data-driven decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of experience leading teams, portfolios, or transformation programs in Data, Analytics, AI, or digital products.
• Proven ability to translate business challenges into scalable data and digital solutions.
• Strong knowledge of modern cloud data platforms, data modeling, governance, and data quality.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the Data & AI strategy for Compression Service with a clear roadmap.
• Lead data governance, ownership models, data quality, and architecture standards.
• Develop and scale reusable data products and AI solutions with measurable value.
• Build and lead an international, multidisciplinary data team.
• Communicate strategy and investment cases effectively to technical and executive audiences.
