Siemens Energy is seeking a senior leader to head the Digital Core AI group focused on Computer Vision. You will guide a global team to develop and implement CV solutions across manufacturing and field service, partnering with business stakeholders to translate needs into actionable innovations.

The role emphasizes driving collaboration with internal R&D and external partners, advancing enterprise CV capabilities and delivering practical AI-powered insights across Siemens Energy.

Qualificações

• Advanced degree in computer science, physics, mathematics, or related field.
• Profound understanding of machine learning and computer vision technologies.
• Experience leading teams in digital innovation or industry environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, translating technical concepts to business terms.
• Strong ability to collaborate across multinational teams and external partners.

Responsabilidades

• Lead our global team of Computer Vision professionals enabling our business areas to develop, apply, and implement tailored solutions.
• Develop foundational enterprise capabilities in computer vision, collaborating with internal R&D and external partners.
• Collaborate with digital and data analytics teams supporting CV solution development and implementation.
• Support internal competence build-up via technical training, know-how sharing, and stakeholder communication.
