Siemens Energy is seeking a senior AI/ML engineer to develop and deploy AI-driven automation solutions across forecasting, anomaly detection, and document classification, within agile teams.

You will design data pipelines on AWS/Snowflake, implement cloud architectures, and mentor junior engineers while advancing MVPs. The role emphasizes scalable, compliant AI and collaboration across engineering disciplines.

Qualificações

• University degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience developing and deploying AI-based automation solutions in applied business environments.
• Expertise in Python, AWS, Snowflake, and AI frameworks for production-grade implementation.
• Strong decision-making balancing enterprise architecture, budget, and resource constraints.
• Experience leading engineering teams and applying Agile practices.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with state-of-the-art AI advancements.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deploy AI-driven solutions for forecasting, anomaly detection, and document classification
• Design and implement data pipelines and cloud-based architectures for experimentation, model training, validation, and testing
• Integrate AI components into automation workflows, digital finance platforms, and microservice-based architectures
• Rapidly prototype AI models and contribute to MVP development within Agile teams
• Continuously evaluate and optimize AI performance for accuracy, scalability, and compliance with data privacy and security standards
• Collaborate with AI and data engineers to design reusable components and share best practices
• Mentor junior team members
