Amadeus is seeking a Senior Manager, Hardware Deployment to lead global hardware deployment initiatives across the AirOps portfolio. You will build and empower a world-class deployment team, align stakeholders, and drive end-to-end delivery including risk management and governance across a complex global landscape.

You will champion quality and innovation, serve as the hardware deployment subject-matter expert, and ensure successful production deployments with a focus on customer satisfaction

Qualificações

• University degree in Electromechanical Engineering or related field.
• Accredited in Project Management methodologies and Health & Safety.
• 10+ years of experience in the Air Transport Industry.
• 10+ years of proven people management and senior leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a high-performing global hardware deployment team.
• Deliver complex deployment projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Manage deployment planning, prioritization, and resource allocation across the portfolio.
• Identify and mitigate delivery, technical, and operational risks.
• Provide regular status updates and performance reporting to stakeholders.
• Support cutover planning, testing, and production deployments.
• Own deployment cost estimates and resource forecasts.
• Act as the technical expert for hardware deployment solutions and airport systems.
• Drive resolution of complex technical and operational challenges.
• Conduct feasibility assessments and contribute to strategic decision-making.
• Provide customer and on-site support during critical deployment phases.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and deployment standards.
• Partner with customers to define requirements and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with Product, R&D, and operational teams to improve delivery outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement, scalability, and standardization of deployment processes.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and mentor teams across the organization.
