Amadeus seeks a Senior Manager, Hardware Deployment to lead global hardware deployment initiatives across the AirOps portfolio. You will build and mentor a high-performing team, driving projects that power Self Service, Seamless Journey, and Border Management solutions worldwide.

Lead end-to-end deployment strategy with stakeholder alignment, resource planning, and risk governance, ensuring on-time delivery, quality standards, and customer satisfaction in a complex international landscape.

Qualificações

• University degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Accredited in Project Management methodologies and Health & Safety.
• 10+ years in the Air Transport Industry and senior leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a global hardware deployment team.
• Deliver complex deployment projects on time and within budget.
• Manage deployment planning, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Identify and mitigate delivery, technical, and operational risks.
• Provide status updates and performance reporting to stakeholders.
• Support cutover planning, testing, and production deployments.
• Own deployment cost estimates and resource forecasts.
• Act as the technical expert for hardware deployment solutions and airport systems.
• Drive resolution of complex technical and operational challenges.
• Conduct feasibility assessments and contribute to strategic decisions.
• Provide customer and on-site support during critical deployment phases.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and deployment standards.
• Partner with customers to define requirements and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with Product, R&D, and operations to improve delivery outcomes.
