A global payroll and HR platform is seeking a Team Lead, Engineering in Fintech to manage the fintech engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design and scaling of wallet infrastructure while ensuring compliance with local regulations. Experience in payments or treasury management, along with strong technical skills in JavaScript and PostgreSQL, is essential. This role will balance leadership and hands-on responsibilities in a dynamic environment.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Team Lead or Manager in payments, banking, accounting, or treasury.
• Hands-on experience with wallets, funds flow, compliance, and regulated money movement.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and API-driven banking integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the fintech engineering team to design and scale wallet infrastructure for global users.
• Collaborate to integrate wallets with regional banks and ensure financial record accuracy.
• Work with Compliance and Treasury teams to ensure adherence to local regulations.
