Capital on Tap is seeking an Engineering Team Lead to head one of our product engineering teams. The role focuses on people-first leadership, growth and wellbeing of engineers, while staying technically credible to guide architecture and delivery.

Initial set‑up is fully remote; once Lisbon office opens, it moves to a hybrid model with two on-site days. Salary ranges from €70,000 to €90,000 annually, reflecting seniority in fintech engineering.
