Job summary

adidas Group seeks a seasoned Finance Solution Architect for its FSA stream within GBS Operations. The role focuses on owning end-to-end FSA processes, driving standardization and automation across markets, and shaping the technology roadmap for PaPM, costing and AI-enabled tools.

You will translate IFRS requirements into operational processes, support internal controls, and collaborate with Corporate Finance, markets and external stakeholders to deliver sustainable improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or IT or equivalent.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in finance functions.
Experience in Shared Services, GBS or multinational environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end FSA processes as global SME for GBS Operations.
Analyze, design and implement end-to-end process improvements across FSA and markets.
Lead FSA transformation initiatives with defined scope, quality and adoption.
Shape the FSA technology roadmap and enable tool adoption (PaPM, costing, AI tools).
Identify improvement opportunities via data analysis and drive continuous improvement.
Drive standardized data management and master-data processes for data quality.
Translate IFRS and accounting requirements into operational FSA processes and policies.
Support internal controls design and effectiveness within FSA processes.
Collaborate with GBS, Corporate Finance, Management and markets to resolve issues.
