Job summary

adidas is seeking a Finance Solution Analyst to own end-to-end FSA processes and drive standardization across GBS Operations and Markets. You will lead process improvements, collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to technology roadmaps including PaPM, costing, and AI-enabled tools.

Qualified candidates bring 3–5 years in finance functions, IFRS knowledge, and strong SAP FI/CO expertise. Travel may be required and a global, cross-cultural mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of GBS or Shared Services environments.
• Solid knowledge of finance and accounting processes, including IFRS principles.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end process design and finance operations.
• Deep knowledge of SAP FI/CO modules.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned FSA end-to-end processes and act as the global SME.
• Analyze, design and implement end-to-end process improvements across FSA.
• Lead and execute FSA transformation initiatives within scope and quality.
• Shape and execute FSA technology and methodology roadmap.
